Redesigned and remodeled throughout, our villa is the ideal gateway to an unsurpassed holiday or vacation experience on Hilton Head Island. Whether your perfect getaway includes morning walks or sunset strolls on a white sandy beach, swimming in the Atlantic, teeing off at championship courses, honing tennis skills at a world-class facility, biking and walking on miles of tree-lined designated paths, or relaxing poolside, a piece of paradise awaits you just steps from the door.
As seasoned vacation property owners, we know what guests expect so they can enjoy a worry-free vacation. Quality, cleanliness, and comfort are paramount, and to that end we offer guests a fully remodeled, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated and appointed ‘home away from home’. Aside from the departure cleaning, twice a year all hard and soft surfaces are steam cleaned, walls and surrounds washed, and each item, large and small, inspected and repaired or replaced as needed. Even on vacation three flat screen TV’s and wireless internet allow our guests to “stay connected.” As an added assurance, our guests have the support of a contact on the island 24/7 should an unforeseen occasion arise.
As soon as you open the door, the pride we take in our home will be apparent. A dramatically redesigned Greens unit, the first level features a custom and functional design with a bright, open kitchen area and galley walls removed. This is enhanced with a center island for cooking and complemented with granite countertops. An adjoining breakfast nook with new slider window welcomes the morning sun. The open floor plan flows nicely from the kitchen into a porcelain-tiled, tastefully decorated great room with dining table, queen sleep sofa, and ample comfortable seating. Double sliders open to the deck and golf course just beyond to make this area bright and scenic. This level also conveniently features an attractive, fully renovated half-bath.
The second level has two decorator enhanced bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable, king-size bed, oversized chair, and walk-in closet, accentuated with an en-suite vanity and Travertine tiled, glass-enclosed, walk-in shower. Additional guests can be comfortably accommodated at the opposite end of the hall, in an attractive bedroom containing twin beds and double closets. The adjacent bathroom features a traditional bath, enhanced with complementary porcelain tile. Both bedrooms feature new windows and are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVDs. Located on the same level is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

The deck overlooks the 7th tee at Shipyard Golf and the scenic, paved walking and bike path which winds through miles of lush terrain. Just steps to the pool, minutes from the ocean, and across from Van der Meer Tennis Center and Sonesta Resort, this villa is perfectly situated within The Greens and within Shipyard. One unexpected visitor is featured in our final website picture. Perched on our entrance light for an entire day during our first renovation, an Eastern Screech Owl sat unfazed by all the contractor activity and curious onlookers.
