As a family, we have been coming to Hilton Head to vacation since 1998, deciding at the same time that this was a special vacation destination that we wanted to enjoy, call home, and share with others. Over the years, taking an active role in managing our property has provided us the opportunity to communicate with many travelers. This interaction allows us to provide information about our unit that is transparent and honest. Thus, our mission is embodied in the following goals:

• Provide a well maintained, appointed, clean and tastefully decorated property
• Promote direct communication between an individual owner and guest so as to engage in a relationship that is respectful, responsive, and mutually beneficial
• Recognize that guest and owner alike have a shared responsibility in maintaining the integrity of a welcoming and attractive property
• Eliminate unnecessary add-on fees to guests

As owners, we look forward to earning your confidence and encourage you to read our guest reviews and testimonials. Our last goal is for new guests to be counted among the many who keep returning to 199 The Greens again and again.
